A structured path from concept to completion

Siji Projects delivers architect-led residential construction through a considered and service-led approach. We work closely with clients, architects and consultants from early planning through to completion, keeping design, buildability, cost and delivery aligned at every stage.

Early engagement


We join the project team early, often before documentation is complete. This early contractor involvement (ECI) puts cost planning, programming, buildability advice and value management to work while decisions are still inexpensive to make.

Pre-construction


Procurement, trade selection, staging and approvals are resolved before site start. A detailed programme and transparent cost plan give the whole team a shared picture of what happens and when.

Construction


Consistent site management, coordinated trades and a clear communication rhythm. Progress is reported against programme and budget, and issues are raised early, with options, not surprises.

Completion


Commissioning, handover documentation and defects management are run with the same structure as the build. We stay accountable beyond practical completion.
