Who we look for

Four roles, one standard

Carpenters

Set-out, structure and fix on architectural homes. You read drawings properly, keep a tidy site and take pride in the detail that gets noticed at handover.

Apprentice carpenters

Learn the trade on architectural homes, alongside carpenters who take the time to teach. We look for apprentices who turn up, ask questions and want to do things properly from day one.

Site managers

Run the programme, the trades and the client walk-through. Calm, organised and across the documentation. You close out issues before they become problems.

Contract administrators

Estimate, procure and administer contracts on live projects. You price from drawings trade by trade and keep variations, RFIs and claims moving in writing.
